Leave Truro on the A39 to Falmouth.
After approximately 8 miles there are two double roundabouts.

At the Treluswell roundabout, go straight over. In approximately half a mile you will come to the Treliever roundabouts.

Turn left to Falmouth (A39), go downhill to the next roundabout (Asda at 11 o’clock), and turn right up to Mabe.

In the village, turn left into Church Road. The road winds for about 2 miles (do not go to Mabe Church), passing Argal Lake, and at North Helford crossroads, turn right to Lamanva.

After about a mile turn left to Constantine. Follow this Cornish lane for approximately 2 miles. You will pass the turning to Port Navas on your left and then a sign on your right leaving High Cross (there is a 40 mph sign attached to it).

You are now going downhill and the valley will open out on your right. The road bends left and at the apex you should see the Rosmerryn sign in the oak tree and the house down below you on the right. Turn sharp right and immediately left to enter the double gates of the garden.
